a Way Home
Graduation short movie
A Way Home tells the story of a young girl on a journey that will deepen her understanding of the culture and traditions that shape her heritage.

This project was developed over the course of a year by a team of eight students. During preproduction, I focused primarily on the screenplay, color scripts, and environment design. In the CG production phase, my contributions included character sculpting, environment modeling, texturing/look development, matte painting, pipeline management, and compositing.
One of the biggest challenges we faced on this project was defining a cohesive art direction and honing the technical skills needed to bring it to life!
